The enterprise communications marketplace is in the midst of massive disruption. Traditional on-premises TDM-based telecommunications services, such as PRI, are being steadily replaced with IP-based SIP trunking services, creating end-to-end IP voice and UC services. At the same time, cloud-based telephony and unified communications services are fast becoming a preferred alternative for many businesses.

Well-known industry analyst Michael Brandenburg from Frost and Sullivan shares some of his findings from his recently completed report “Key Considerations for Session Border Controllers in the cloud

In addition to the paper,  Michael and Jonathan Knop, VP of Product Line Management share a detailed look into SBCs in the cloud during a companion webinar titled "SBCs in the Cloud, Key Considerations".   During this on-demand event, Michael explains some additional perspective on his research, while Jonathan shares how Dialogic has addressed the special requirements with the BorderNet SBC software Session Border Controller products.
